POSITION TITLE: Record to Report Ops Senior Manager
WORK SETUP: RTO
OVERALL PURPOSE:
The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring financial integrity, managing client and stakeholder relationships, and leading high-performing teams.
The successful candidate will have strong expertise in general accounting, financial close, reconciliations, reporting, controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Service Delivery & Operations Management
Manage end-to-end RTR operations, including:
General Ledger Accounting
Journal Entry Processing
Account Reconciliations
Fixed Assets Accounting
Intercompany Accounting
Financial Close & Consolidation
Financial Reporting
Ensure achievement of service delivery commitments, including SLA, KPI, quality, and productivity targets.
Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to address delivery challenges.
Manage escalations and resolve complex operational issues in a timely manner.
Financial Controls & Compliance
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal control requirements.
Support internal and external audit activities and ensure timely closure of audit actions.
Drive accurate and timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
Maintain strong governance around financial reporting and data integrity.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as a key point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
Lead governance discussions, operational reviews, and performance reporting sessions.
Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams, including Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Compliance teams.
Provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
People Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop RTR professionals across multiple processes.
Drive employee engagement, capability development, succession planning, and performance management.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
Continuous Improvement & Transformation
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Drive automation, standardization, and simplification initiatives.
Utilize data analytics and operational metrics to drive informed decision-making.
Participate in transition, migration, and transformation projects as required.
Risk Management & Governance
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure business continuity and operational resilience plans are maintained.
Support compliance with regulatory and organizational governance requirements.

At least 12 years relevant work experience in RTR; 10+ years supervisory experience
