Senior Executive, Fit-Out & Visual Merch

The Fit-Out and Visual Merchandising Senior Executive will be responsible for leading and managing all brick-and-mortar projects, including store construction, layout visualization, renovations, and general maintenance across the distribution network. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless execution of store and counter construction projects, as well as temporary set-ups like concourse activations and outposts. Reporting to the Country Manager, this role will be managing multi-brands within LUXASIA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive all brick and mortar projects comprising overall construction including but not limited to conceptualization, layout visualization, renovation, budgeting as well as general maintenance across the distribution network.
• Lead and coordinate permanent store and counter construction projects as well as temporary set-ups such as outpost and concourse with various stakeholders (local & regional brand teams, brand partners, contractor, mall leasing, mall engineering).
• Work with contractors to deliver projects on time and within approved budget and timelines.
• Source, train and maintain trusted contractors and other suppliers that can deliver projects in the prescribed quality, on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate the design, costing, approval, shipment and installation of branded furniture and other VM elements for new stores, renovations and refresh.
• Ensure compliance with mall guidelines during construction phase.
• Responsible for mall sign-off approval of store opening.
• General maintenance and upkeep of all stores including its Furniture, M&E system, facilities and equipment.
• Ensure all practices related to sourcing, approvals and executions of projects are fully compliant with company’s policies and procedures.
• Undertake other duties and responsibility as may assign by the Management from time to time or as when necessary for the effective realizations of the job purpose.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree holder / Diploma with minimum 3 years of work experience in retail construction fit-out/renovation with exposure within luxury/beauty and understanding of procurement process.
• Familiar with the 2D/3D drawings, full elevations, M&E, with knowledge of CAD/Autocad is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate clearly between local teams, regional office and brand partners.
• Time, project management, and ability to work well under pressure and ability to solve problems logically.
• Attention to detail, flexible, adaptive and able to navigate ambiguity.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel locally.
