• Plan, coordinate, and lead projects from definition to final delivery
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timeline, and resources
• Ensure functional alignment between all involved areas
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and dependencies
• Monitor project progress, quality, and budget
• Ensure clear and continuous communication with stakeholders
• Ensure proper project documentation and governance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
• Hybrid Work Model

O que é pedido

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience managing end-to-end projects
• Experience in the banking sector is required
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools (as a complement, not the main focus)
• Ability to lead projects autonomously
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership mindset and sense of responsibility
• Fluent in Portuguese and Eglish
