Work together with expert teams on projects of large magnitude and intensity, long term together with our clients, all leaders in their industries. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will analyse and document business and functional requirements, translating needs into specifications.

O que vais fazer

• Analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and User Stories
• Create and maintain Story Maps and test documentation
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements
• Support test preparation and execution and follow up on identified issues
• Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation
• Analyse data and validate requirements using SQL queries
• Contribute to solution design, considering the technical architecture
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project activities
• Support configuration and parameterisation activities when required
• Hybrid work model

O que é pedido

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• French - C1 and English - B2/C1
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications and User Stories
• Experience with Story Mapping, test documentation and test execution
• Experience creating functional and technical documentation
• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Good knowledge of SQL and database models
• Good understanding of technical architectures
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Experience in User Story writing
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Autonomous, proactive and team-oriented mindset

Valorizado

• Banking industry experience is a plus
• Experience with parameterisation and configuration is a plus
