**Key Responsibilities**
Assist in purchasing IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, and accessories.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and prepare quotation comparison sheets.
Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with suppliers and the IT team to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain procurement records, invoices, and supporting documents.
Update supplier databases and monitor warranty information.
Assist with stock and IT asset coordination when required.
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.
**l** **Key Requirements**
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing; IT procurement experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and IT accessories.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
