Key Responsibilities

• Assist with communicating with suppliers and following up on orders and deliveries.
• Support the preparation and filing of purchase orders and procurement documents.
• Maintain purchasing records and update databases.
• Assist with checking invoices and purchasing-related documents.
• Support the receiving of goods and basic documentation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Assist with updating procurement data and preparing simple reports.
• Support the procurement team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Perform other procurement-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work responsibly and meet deadlines.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
