- Relevant working experience in Financial Services is required
- Experience in Master Data Management tools and concepts are highly regarded
- Proven engineering skills with proficiency to use Python and AWS Services for building data pipelines and microservices
- Strong Front-end skills in Angular, React.js or any similar technology
- Skills in CI/CD, Containers, Apache Airflow, Relational and NoSQL Database, Monitoring, Observability and Secrets Management is highly regarded
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide support to business stakeholders as part of a DevOps Team
- Experience with Kubernetes, GitOps/ArgoCD as well as familiarity with Data Lake / Data Warehouse
- Data Engineering experience such as DBT, BigQuery is highly regarded
- Understanding of Secure by Design Principles, Design Patterns and Various Testing Methodologies
- Comfort in proposing designs, gathering feedback from stakeholders, building solutions with reusability in mind, and ability to document/explain how these solutions work
