As a Technical Business Analyst, you will establish and maintain trusted documentation of business processes, systems, and data flows across a complex technology environment. We're looking for a technically minded problem solver who enjoys investigating how systems and processes work, validating assumptions with data, and uncovering the root cause of complex issues.
Working closely with business and technology teams, you will analyse operational workflows, data flows, and system interactions across trading and operational platforms, investigate discrepancies to establish trusted sources of truth, and deliver evidence-based insights that support business decisions and technology change. You will use SQL, data analysis, and AI-enabled tools to validate findings, document processes, business rules, and data lineage with precision, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective technology solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, with a strong focus on leveraging AI tools and analytical techniques to improve scalability and accuracy. Your work will help ensure that both human-led and AI-assisted analysis is reliable, verifiable, and aligned to business needs.
