- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to payments, banking or financial services environments and a strong understanding of payment processes and customer journeys
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, facilitating workshops, mapping processes and translating complex problems into clear, actionable outcomes for delivery teams
- Knowledge of Australian payment systems and industry standards, including real-time payments, direct entry payments, bill payments and payment messaging frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting data, identifying risks and opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to shape effective solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in agile delivery environments and applying AI tools and responsible AI practices to support analysis, documentation and decision-making processes.
