Senior Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer with strong experience in React and TypeScript to build scalable, high-quality web applications and data-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver intuitive, performant, and maintainable frontend solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components and establish frontend architecture and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Integrate REST/gRPC APIs and work with backend services to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimise application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive improvements in application stability and performance.
• Develop unit and integration tests and ensure high-quality production releases.
• Work in an Agile environment and contribute across the complete software development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions and design decisions.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience building responsive and scalable web applications.
• Good understanding of frontend architecture, reusable components, and design patterns.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with backend services.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar.
• Good understanding of frontend testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
