Your responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end recruitment for IT & tech consulting
Sourcing & headhunting top candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, other platforms
Interviewing candidates, assessing their technical and soft skills
Collaborating withhiring managers & sales teams to understand hiring needs
Managing our ATS (Zoho Recruit) & candidate pipelines

Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps)
Fluent Polish & English
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Proactive, self-driven approach to work
