We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join a team responsible for designing and delivering digital banking solutions. The role focuses on requirements analysis, system design, integrations, and solution definition across online and mobile banking platforms.

This is a hands-on systems analysis position requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to support the delivery of complex customer-facing banking services.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business and system requirements
Prepare functional and technical specifications
Design system solutions supporting electronic banking processes
Analyse integrations between banking applications and external systems
Prepare process flows, system diagrams and documentation
Work closely with developers, testers, architects and business stakeholders
Support backlog refinement and Agile delivery processes
Validate requirements and support testing activities
Analyse data structures and support solution design decisions

Requirements

Strong Systems Analysis experience in enterprise environments
Experience within banking, financial services or large scale digital platforms
Strong knowledge ofUML and BPMN
Experience creating use cases, process flows, system specifications and solution documentation
Good understanding of integrations, APIs and distributed systems
Strong SQL skills
Ability to write analytical SQL queries usingWHERE,GROUP BY, perform data validation, test data preparation and basic CRUD operations
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong stakeholder communication skills
English at professional level

Nice to have

Experience within electronic banking or mobile banking environments
Enterprise Architect or similar modelling tools
Experience working with large scale customer facing systems
Understanding of security and compliance requirements within banking
