Key Responsibilities
Documentation:
- Handle HBL/CBL of Export Shipments, including but not limits at creation, verification, Shipping Instruction submission to carriers, Validating documentation. Ensure document quality and timeliness.
- Follow IOP/SOP in document handling process.
- Ensure operational KPI is adhered with and successfully delivery
- Coordinate with other stakeholders and resolve issues to ensure DOC available and correct during transportation.
- Manage exceptions in daily operation.
Other Responsibilities:
- Support customers/other teams to resolve issues and exception handling.
- Initiative to improve daily operation, both in productivity and work quality.
- Other relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders.
Critical Competencies
- At least 01 - 03 years’ professional working experience at similar operation role(s) in freight forwarder.
- Understanding and hand-on experience in LCL operation and documentation is a big plus.
- Language proficiency: Professional English level, Native Vietnamese level.

- Influent Microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook, ...), Power BI, automation application understanding is a plus.
