Job Summary:
Reporting to the Regional Head of Customer Implementation, the Regional Team Leader is responsible for leading the Regional Customer Implementation Team, focusing on large and complex projects with extensive geographical scope, ensuring our customer's needs are met with a successful transition of new business into the Maersk organization. This leadership role plans and deploys new customer implementations to the Customer Implementation Team members and manages and supports the team's ongoing projects.
Job content and Execution:
Leadership: Lead, coach and develop the Regional Customer Implementation team to plan, manage and support the ongoing and upcoming projects.
Project Management: Lead the overall implementation project plan across all geographies and functions to provide clear visibility of project status to internal and external stakeholders by establishing project milestones, Go/No Go stage gates and operational readiness criteria. Besides removing roadblocks and impediments during the project phase, manage risks rigorously from the Win to the operational stabilization phase to ensure sustainable profitability.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with Regional and Global Key Customers at the strategic and operational levels. Act as the Customer's centre of gravity on implementations and issue resolution during the onboarding process.
Delivering on Customer Promises: Actively involved in the solution design process and advocating standard solutions to address operational challenges, ensuring operations are optimized, and products are offered with the highest quality of service.
Commercial Engagement: Support our Commercial organization to maintain oversight of our Commercial pipelines to identify potential upcoming large and complex implementations and actively engage in the Sales Process, showcasing our CIM Methodology and demonstrating our competencies of smooth onboarding.
Implementation Community: Champion to impart best practices and key learnings to our CIM community and offer valuable solutions to improve our methodology, processes and tools.

Customer & Internal Satisfaction NPS through Exit Surveys
Cost to serve: % improvement in average time from start to go-live & go-live to project exit
Business Conversion: %Volume Compliance to forecasted Month & volume compliance to award
People: % of CIM onboarded through MyLearning journey & Global Capability Development Program
Critical Compentencies:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Global logistics industry with proven experience in large-scale project implementations and leading a team of 6 to 8 direct reports.
Solid understanding of platforms and IT landscapes and various Supply Chain Solutions.
Customer Centricity Mindset and Commercial experience in engaging strategic customers.
Strong leadership capability in developing a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Result-driven leader with passion, and a strong drive to continuously develop with strong problem-solving skills.
PMP, ACP-PMI or similar project management training or certification.
Proficiency in project management digital tools like Asana and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 USD*
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.
*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors, such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
