SCM Customer Experience Team Leader
SCM Team Lead - This role is responsible for leading a defined team and ensuring effective delivery of day-to-day activities, service quality, productivity, and operational performance. The role combines people leadership, operational ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement to enable seamless E2E supply chain execution.

Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should preferably have:
Prior experience in managing teams and should have handled key client portfolios.
Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics and safety compliances.
Experience is predictive analysis, risk management and mitigation and Incident handling mechanisms
Experience managing performance through KPIs, data, and operational insights.
