Senior Software Engineer
This job role leads Java software delivery across design, development, testing, and production support. It combines technical leadership with strong communication, agile expertise, and customer-focused ownership.
- Responsibilities include
Refining stories & scope
Cross-platform collaboration
Identifying & addressing risks
Write clean & maintainable Java code leveraging AI assisted software development tools
Reviewing code contributions
Maintaining specifications & application documentation
Creating automated and manual tests
Application support & incidents resolution
Ensuring monitoring and alerting
Integrate AI capabilities into applications using APIs and SDKs.
- Candidates need 9 plus years of Java and J2EE experience, including Spring Boot, microservices, SOAP and REST web services, plus expertise in cloud environments, CI/CD, databases, Kafka, Azure Event Hub, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Highly passionate engineer with BE/B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics & Telecommunications.
- Hands-on experience using AI co-pilots tools for Vibe coding (e.g., GitHub Copilot, GPT models, Claude code).
- Familiarity with AI platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services).
- Curiosity to explore evolving AI technologies and experiment with libraries/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI (Java or Python) etc.
