Key
Responsibilities End-to-end product lifecycle for CRM, notes, timeline, and relationship graph features. Sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery coordination with engineering and design teams. Optimize internal tools and workflows for customer success and go-to-market teams. Gather requirements and make roadmap trade-offs based on feedback, usage, and strategic goals. Track product metrics and evaluate performance post-launch.
Requirements Candidate Requirements 5-10 years of product management experience, ideally in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software. Exceptional organizational skills-ability to keep teams focused and aligned without micromanaging. Strong communication skills-ability to simplify complex ideas across different functions and time zones. High velocity and high standards-bias toward progress without compromising quality. Comfortable working directly with the Founder and navigating ambiguity with clarity.
Preferred
Qualifications Experience building internal tools or workflow automation products. Strong opinions on what makes a CRM tool engaging versus just functional. Experience working in a startup, consulting, or high-growth tech environment.
