Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Crafting the Discovery Experience:

- Optimize the User Journey: Own the vision and execution for how millions of users search, filter, and discover properties across app and web.

- Personalization & Matchmaking: Partner with Data Science teams to build intelligent recommendation hooks and contextual feeds that serve the right property to the right user at the right time.

- Immersive Engagement: Introduce modern, intuitive UI/UX paradigms (map-based discovery, localized insights, conversational interfaces) to reduce cognitive load for property seekers.

2. Growth & Digital Lead Generation:

- High-Intent Funnels: Design high-converting, low-friction user flows to capture consumer intent and seamlessly connect them with advertisers.

- Balancing the Marketplace: Intelligently integrate native, contextual ad formats and sponsored property listings into the organic user journey without disrupting the core consumer experience.

- Data-Backed Experimentation: Run a continuous loop of A/B tests to optimize search-to-detail and detail-to-lead conversion rates.

3. Team & Culture Leadership:

- Nurture Talent: Lead, mentor, and advocate for a dedicated pod of 3 - 4 Product Managers, fostering a culture of extreme user empathy, high ownership, and rapid shipping.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the strategic bridge between UI/UX design, Engineering, Data Science, and business monetization teams.

What We Are Looking For:

- The Scale Factor: 8 - 12+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-traffic B2C consumer internet products (e-commerce, food tech, OTA, content/OTT, fintech, or marketplaces).

- Funnel Mastery: Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), user onboarding, and engagement loops. You know how to diagnose a leaking funnel and fix it.

- Data-First Instincts: Strong analytical capabilities. You don't rely on gut feeling; you live in dashboards (Mixpanel, GA4, Clevertap, or SQL) and use hard data to back up your product hypotheses.

- Design Sensitivity: A sharp eye for clean, functional consumer UX. You know the difference between a good user interface and a truly intuitive user experience.

- First-Principles Thinker: You can quickly grasp new domains. Even if you haven't worked in PropTech, Search, or AdTech before, you can break down complex ecosystem problems from first principles.

- Education: B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier-1 institute (IIT/NIT/BITS) is highly preferred; an MBA from a premier B-school (IIM/ISB/XLRI) is a major plus.

Key Success Metrics (KPIs):

- Engagement: Growth in Search-to-Detail Page click-through rates (CTR) and interaction with personalized widgets.

- Conversion: Improvement in lead-form completion rates and overall digital lead volume.

- Retention: Boost in user repeat rates, session depth, and platform NPS.

- Velocity: High-quality, timely execution of the product roadmap through your pod.
