Job Responsibilities:

Du möchtest Business-Anwendungen entwickeln, Prozesse digitalisieren und Softwarelösungen im Produktionsumfeld aktiv mitgestalten? In dieser Rolle arbeitest du an modernen IT- und Business-Solutions, übernimmst Verantwortung in Softwareprojekten und unterstützt unsere Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung praxisnaher Digitalisierungslösungen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Entwicklung, Optimierung und Betrieb vonSoftware-Services im Bereich Business Solutions

• Erarbeitung innovativer Anwenderlösungen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen

• Analyse von Fachbereichsanforderungen und technische Konzeption passender Lösungen

• Technische Projektleitung und Requirements Engineering in Software- und Digitalisierungs-projekten

• Weiterentwicklung von Web-Applikationen und Prozessautomatisierungen

• Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister

Wonach wir suchen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, z. B. HTL, FH oder Universität

• Berufserfahrung in Requirements Engineering, Softwaredesign, Implementierung und Testing

• Sehr gute Java-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken wie Oracle oder Postgres

• Interesse an Produktionsprozessen im Automotive-Umfeld und praxisnahen Business-Lösungen

• Erfahrung mit Git, Jira, Confluence sowie moderner Webentwicklung mit HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript und CSS; Angular von Vorteil

• Erfahrung mit Robotic Prozess Automation (RPA) sowie Interesse am Einsatz von KI im Softwareentwicklungsprozess von Vorteil

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Geringe Reisebereitschaft

Dein Profil zählt!

Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 3.803,-- und € 4.355,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.). Abhängig von der spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer deutlichen Überzahlung vorhanden!
