Job Responsibilities:

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortung:

• Sicherstellung der elektrischen und mechanischen Verfügbarkeit unserer automatisierten Produktionsanlagen

• Eigenständige Fehlersuche und Störungsbehebung, insbesondere im Bereich Elektrotechnik und Steuerungstechnik

• Durchführung von Instandhaltungs-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten

• Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Anlagen und Prozessen (KVP)

• Analyse wiederkehrender Störungen und Ableitung nachhaltiger Maßnahmen

• Dokumentation von Störungen, Maßnahmen und Verbesserungen

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker/in / Elektroniker/in / Mechatroniker/in

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) in der Instandhaltung von Industrieanlagen

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in elektrischer Fehleranalyse, Lesen von Schaltplänen, Arbeiten an automatisierten Anlagen

• Erfahrung mit SIEMENS TIA Portal / SPS-Steuerungen

• Kenntnisse in Pneumatik und Mechanik

• Erfahrung im Bereich automatisierte Produktionsanlagen (z. B. Robotik)

• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
