Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates the daily production activities of the team with respect to job assignment and job rotation to ensure quality standards and production schedules are achieved. Maintains a clean and safe working environment. Monitors timekeeping and attendance and performs some administrative duties.

What we are looking for:

- High School diploma or GED

- Post-secondary education preferred, or related experience

Preferred qualifications:

- 1-3 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

- Leadership and supervisory experience preferred

- Ability to promote healthy employee relations in workplace

- Knowledge of OSHA

- Knowledge of DOL compliance guidelines

- Must be willing to obtain weld certification and forklift certification.
