Job Responsibilities:

[主要岗位职责]

1.健全信息管理体系

1）严格管控信息资料，合理对信息资料分类存档，定期整理检查管理;

2）对借阅资料进行登记，认真检查到期归还的资料是否完整无缺，发现问题及时报告和处理;

3）按有关规定对信息资料进行例行的保养、管理或销毁。

2.文件管理

1）配合相关人员查询存档文件;

2）对项目负责人移交的设备技术资料进行标识、建档、存放;

3）对借阅技术资料进行登记;

4）负责对档案室的文件、书籍进行管理，按照一定的顺序进行分类，并在档案袋或文件夹外贴上明显的标识，注明内装具体内容。

5）福利领取及发放;

6） 员工餐费充值申请及查询;

7）员工体检现场布置及秩序维护;

8）工厂月度饮用水统计及协调工作;

9）加班及大班车辆统计;

10）工厂印章管理及盖章文件归档整理;

11）共享盘权限管理。

3．其它

做好库房的防水、防火、防虫、防晒、防盗工作; 认真做好档案入库的接受、保管、统计工作。

4．遵守与执行体系要求

1）认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策;

2）严格执行安全环境管理制度，安全操作规程，遵章守纪，防止发生事故;

3)主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改;

4）积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议。

5）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、人事、教育培训、企业标准、民事诉讼、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求;

6）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作。
