  • Collect, organize, and analyze manufacturing data from approved systems, including Excel, Power BI, Fiix, production systems, and quality records.
  • Prepare recurring charts, graphs, dashboards, presentations, equipment scorecards, downtime summaries, scrap trends, quality trends, labor-efficiency reports, project status reports, and other engineering metrics.
  • Support Manufacturing Engineers with APQP, PPAP, engineering change, launch-readiness, audit, corrective-action, and continuous-improvement documentation.
  • Create and maintain engineering action lists, project trackers, milestone plans, open-issue logs, meeting notes, and follow-up records.

  • Convert technical input, marked-up documents, photographs, sketches, and process notes into clear, concise, operator-friendly instructions and visual standards.
  • Coordinate document updates following equipment modifications, process changes, quality concerns, corrective actions, or lessons learned; verify that affected documents are aligned.
  • Check documentation for completeness, consistency, grammar, formatting, traceability, and usability before submitting it for technical approval.
  • Support preparation of training packages and assist process owners with communicating approved document revisions to affected employees.
  • Help standardize engineering templates, naming conventions, report formats, and documentation practices across manufacturing areas.
