Shift Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to guide our engineering team in building scalable, high-performance software applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will split your time between hands-on software development, system architecture, and mentoring a team of engineers to deliver clean, maintainable code on schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership & Architecture : Lead system design, architectural decisions, and technical direction for core products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Hands-on Development : Spend ~50 - 60% of your time writing high-quality, production-ready code, conducting rigorous code reviews, and setting engineering standards.
- Team Management & Mentorship : Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and accountability.
- Agile Delivery : Partner with Product Managers and Scrum Masters to break down complex features into technical tasks, estimate timelines, and ensure predictable sprint delivery.
- Process Improvement : Standardize CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, design patterns, and documentation across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Problem Solving : Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges, production issues, and architectural bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications :
- 10+ years of professional software development experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- 4+ years of proven experience in a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Engineering Lead role.
- Deep hands-on expertise in modern programming environments (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, C#, Go, or modern frontend frameworks like React/Angular).
- Strong foundational knowledge of system design, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and relational/NoSQL databases.
- Proven track record of architecting, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of CI/CD practices, automated unit/integration testing, and DevOps principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to Have :
- Experience managing distributed or remote engineering teams.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching strategies (Redis).
