We are looking for a driven Associate Product & AI Engineer (12 Years Exp) who is eager to work at the cutting edge of AI and product engineering. You won't just be executing ticketsyou will take ownership, write production code in Python and Spring Boot, experiment with LLMs/Agentic systems, and help shape features that directly improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
Backend & Product Engineering :
- Write clean, maintainable backend code using Python and Spring Boot.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and work with database models.
- Contribute to full-stack product features end-to-end, from API design to delivery.
AI & Agentic Systems :
- Help build, test, and monitor LLM workflows and agentic AI features.
- Use AI tools and LLMs to accelerate your daily development velocity and learning.
Product Execution & Problem Solving :
- Take feature requirements, break them down into execution plans, and drive them to completion.
- Actively participate in product discussions - understanding why a feature matters, not just how to code it.
Nice to Have :
- Exposure to React JS or React Native.
- Basic experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
- Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or BigQuery.
