Senior product manager

Magnetto.com is a global digital marketing agency and the largest direct seller of Telegram Ads. We specialize in high-quality, data-driven traffic and measurable performance, helping brands scale efficiently across FinTech, Blockchain, Crypto, Gaming, Apps, Real Estate, e-Commerce, Education, and other fast-growing industries across multiple markets, with a strong focus on LATAM, MENA, and Asia, while actively expanding into other regions.

Inside Magnetto, our Product team is building the next generation of products that will fuel that growth - new tools, features, and standalone products launched from zero and scaled where they prove their value. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who can own that process end-to-end: someone who thinks like a founder building on someone else's budget, moves fast in ambiguity, and knows when to push a product forward and when to call it.

You'll report directly to CPO and work closely with the marketing team, with visibility and communication reaching from individual developers up to the CEO.

Your Impact:

• Identify and define which products get built next.
• Scope the MVP - what's in, what's out, and why.
• Own the product through to production, working hands-on with engineering and design.
• Collect and structure feedback after launch to inform what happens next.
• Make the call on further investment, scaling, or shutting a product down.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience launching products from scratch and scaling them.
• Strong command of product metrics and product management frameworks.
• Fluent, native use of AI tools in your daily workflow - not optional, not occasional.
• Background in marketing or adtech is a plus.
• Comfortable choosing your own tools - Notion, a dev task tracker, and AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT are all at your discretion.

• Can talk product with a developer in the morning and with the CEO in the afternoon, and adjust the conversation accordingly.

• Want ownership of outcomes, not a checklist of tasks.
