Commercial Counsel

Join our team as a Commercial Counsel, where you will lead and support contract negotiations with strategic partners on complex commercial and technology matters. You will structure, draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of technology and commercial agreements, while providing legal support for the company's privacy, data, and security initiatives. Additionally, you will help improve contracting processes and management, and drive and support other special projects. Missions

• Lead and support contract negotiations with strategic partners on complex commercial and technology matters.
• Structure, draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of technology and commercial agreements, including terms governing advertising technology solutions.
• Work closely with internal clients across the business to provide legal support, proactively identify issues, and share potential concerns and solutions.

- Excellent business judgment and the ability to assess legal risk while also thinking strategically and providing sound, practical advice under tight deadlines
