1. Training Needs Analysis & Curriculum Development
Conduct training needs assessments across all departments to identify skills gaps.
Develop annual training plans and structured training curricula based on business and operational requirements.
Design relevant training programs for production, technical, maintenance, and administrative teams.
2. Competency Matrix Development
Develop and maintain competency matrices for different job roles and departments.
Identify the required technical and behavioral competencies for each position.
Assess employees’ competencies and recommend appropriate development plans.
3. On-the-Job Training (OJT) & Train-the-Trainer (TTT)
Develop and implement structured On-the-Job Training programs for plant and office employees.
Prepare training materials, practical checklists, and assessment tools.
Identify and prepare internal trainers and subject-matter experts to deliver effective training sessions.
4. Digital Learning & LMS
Support the development and implementation of the company’s Online Training Hub / Learning Management System (LMS).
Organize digital learning materials, training modules, and learning resources.
Track employees’ training progress, completion rates, and assessment results.
5. Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement indicators.
Maintain training records and prepare periodic reports on training activities and employee development.
Use AI tools to develop training content, presentations, assessments, and interactive learning materials.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role.
Practical experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), curriculum development, and training planning.
Experience developing competency matrices and implementing OJT programs.
Familiarity with LMS platforms or digital learning projects.
Good analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work with both factory-based and office-based teams.
Knowledge of AI tools for training content development is an advantage.
