Senior Maintenance Engineer Hotels & Commercial Projects

Manage and supervise preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities for all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and fire alarm systems.
Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, generators, transformers, elevators, and BMS systems.
Oversee maintenance operations in hotel guest rooms, kitchens, restaurants, public areas, offices, and commercial facilities.
Lead maintenance technicians and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Develop preventive maintenance plans, monitor equipment performance, and troubleshoot technical problems to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire and life safety requirements, and applicable engineering standards.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, service contracts, and operational expenses.
Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving and energy-efficiency initiatives.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, equipment records, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with hotel management, facility management, tenants, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in hotels and commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, BMS, and facility management operations.
Experience in team leadership, contractor management, and maintenance planning.
Good knowledge of safety standards, technical documentation, and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
