We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Porter to join our front office team.

You will be the face of our hotel, get paid for doing what you love, get loads of perks and benefits, learn something new and make a career for life. You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service. You will strive to make our guests experience with Hotel du Vin the best it can be whilst dealing with queries of all shapes and sizes.

Meeting and exceeding every guests needs will be second nature to you. You will have a passion for beating guest expectations and within our 5 Star Hotel with its 3 AA Rosette restaurant you will be able to let this passion run free, assisting our guests and adding to their enjoyment by delivering amazing hospitality.

You are the first and last people our guests see, you set the tone for the visit and you can ensure that everything has gone above and beyond before they leave.

Experience in a similar quality hotel is beneficial but not necessary, however, service with a smile and personality is a must.

We actively encourage internal development and progression and Malmaison is on target to have 100 new apprentices in the business by year end. Candidates for this position would be given the opportunity to enroll on our apprenticeship scheme after they have completed their probationary period.
