Your role is to deliver fantastic service and products, which meet and exceed both Starbucks and Malmaison expectations. You will deliver the highest standards in the industry by providing great coffee, great food and great service every time with the passion that we pride ourselves on.
Baristas are an important part of our customers' day and experts in handcrafting delicious, perfect beverages. Connecting and creating the moments that make a difference in each person's day following our core values.
Barista main duties include:
- Working effectively as a team to provide a world class customer experience
- Providing a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting customers, taking, and preparing customer orders quickly and accurately
- Food handling and till operating
- Executing store operations including promotional activity and ensuring the cleanliness of the store
