Role Purpose

We are hiring an IT Support Lead to own IT support and infrastructure for Manna’s growing U.S. operations.

Based on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma, you’ll be the primary local point of contact for hardware, software, network and systems issues. You’ll work closely with Manna’s central IT Ops team in Ireland, acting as the on-the-ground extension of the team and implementing IT standards locally.

Unlike a traditional queue-based support role, this position is about building strong local knowledge - understanding each site, its people, equipment and operational needs well enough to resolve issues quickly and prevent repeat problems.

As new U.S. sites come online, you’ll play a key role in getting them set up consistently and reliably.

This is also a player-manager role. Alongside hands-on technical work, you’ll manage a small on-site team as our U.S. operations grow, setting priorities, mentoring junior support staff and coordinating contractors and vendors for site-specific work.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own day-to-day IT support across Manna's site in Tulsa, Oklahoma, acting as the first and primary point of contact for hardware, software, network, and systems issues.
• Manage and mentor a small on-site IT support team, setting daily priorities and providing hands-on people leadership as U.S. headcount grows.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain standardized site infrastructure kits (networking gear, edge/jump-box devices, security cameras, UPS units) as new U.S. sites come online - with this role feeding back field insights to help shape them via Central IT.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, provision hardware, and manage endpoint security in line with Corporate IT standards.
• Diagnose and resolve network, connectivity, and cellular/site-link issues, escalating to Corporate IT in Ireland when specialist input is needed.
• Coordinate with local vendors, ISPs, and contractors on-site, and manage hands-on troubleshooting that can't be done remotely.
• Document site environments, equipment inventories, and recurring issues so knowledge doesn't sit with one person.
• Surface opportunities to strengthen IT security and operational resilience across U.S. sites, working with central IT Ops to implement agreed changes.
• Work cross-functionally and across time zones with Manna's central IT Ops team in Ireland, executing the direction it sets and feeding field insights back to the IT Infrastructure leads.
• Prioritise and execute tasks independently in a high-pressure, fast-scaling environment with minimal day-to-day supervision.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure roles, including experience working independently or leading site-level IT.
• Strong track record supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
• Solid networking fundamentals - routing, switching, VPNs, and troubleshooting connectivity issues, including cellular/mobile-data links.
• Experience with Unifi (access points, switches, gateways) and general hands-on hardware experience (HP, Dell).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) administration.
• Comfortable managing edge devices (e.g. Raspberry Pi or similar) for remote monitoring and jump-box access.
• Knowledge of AWS, particularly identity/access services (e.g. Cognito), is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones with a remote parent IT team.
• Willingness to travel to other U.S. sites as the operation grows.
• Comfortable being the senior technical presence on-site, with sound judgment on when to resolve locally versus escalate.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a small technical team, comfortable balancing hands-on support work with day-to-day people leadership.
