We are looking for an experienced and passionate Java Developer to join the engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, and backend development along with experience building scalable enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
  • Build and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best coding practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and optimisation.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Work with databases and cloud environments for enterprise-grade applications.
  • Contribute to Agile/Scrum development processes and sprint planning activities.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, collections, multithreading, and exception handling.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, and microservices architecture.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or messaging systems is an advantage.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OCI is preferred.
  • Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
