MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented IT Specialist to join our team in a Remote capacity. The selected candidate will provide direct technical support, systems administration, and end-user guidance across critical IT platforms and business applications.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct support to users by fulfilling individual requests for information and delivering training on the utilization of available databases.
• Conduct technical research to identify and retrieve information required in support of requests for information related to ongoing programs and proposal efforts.
• Provide Systems Administration for key IT platforms, ensuring data and system information remain current, complete, and readily retrievable.
• Deliver end-user support for business applications, including troubleshooting, documenting, and managing technical issues and enhancement requests through to resolution.
• Elicit requirements from end users and draft comprehensive requirements documentation addressing operational needs and business goals.
• Perform functional testing of business applications, including drafting test scripts, documenting test results, and managing defect findings to resolution.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with IT personnel to facilitate issue resolution and software enhancement development.
• Assist in developing user training materials and conducting structured training sessions for business applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of relevant experience in IT systems administration, application support, business analysis, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience administering core IT platforms and providing end-user troubleshooting for enterprise business applications.
• Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
• Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
• Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,200.00-$115,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
