Role Overview :
As a Salesforce Developer, you will serve as a critical technical architect within our engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, and global clients, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical specifications.
Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our internal operations and the quality of the end-user experience, ensuring that our CRM ecosystem remains robust, secure, and aligned with evolving business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework to meet specific business process requirements.
- Develop and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
- Optimize platform performance by writing efficient SOQL and SOSL queries, ensuring that data retrieval processes remain fast and scalable for large user bases.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and unit testing to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and platform stability for all production deployments.
- Partner with project stakeholders to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and provide innovative solutions that improve system usability and drive business productivity.
- Document technical architectures and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain long-term system maintainability for the engineering team.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building sophisticated Salesforce solutions, with a deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework.
- Proven ability to architect and manage complex Salesforce integrations, specifically leveraging RESTful APIs to connect disparate software environments.
- Strong command of data manipulation and retrieval techniques using SOQL and SOSL to manage large-scale data sets effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
- A proactive mindset that thrives in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent development tasks with collaborative team sprints.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact technical projects.
