Primero AI is building the AI-native operating system for Latin America's largest enterprises. Our platform, Primia, connects live to the fragmented systems (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and custom stacks) of $250M+ revenue corporates, normalizes them into a common ontology, and runs custom AI agents on top. We've raised $12M USD from General Catalyst, Kaszek, 8VC, and Conviction. Our goal: to become the Palantir of Latin America.

About the role

Deployment Strategists are the bridge between our clients' business problems and the technical solutions our engineers build. You'll work alongside the Deployments team in Bogotá to map client processes, build the business case, translate requirements into engineering, and drive implementations to production - while helping grow enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Deployments team to map clients' business processes end-to-end.
• Build ROI models and presentations that make the business case for each deployment.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the engineering team.
• Coordinate implementations, ensuring the solution stays aligned with what the client actually needs.
• Own the client relationship during deployment - unblocking access, data, and decisions.
• Support the expansion and growth of enterprise accounts.
• Act as a credible presence in front of client stakeholders, including senior and C-level.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB or similar), pre-MBA.
• Genuine interest in technology and startups.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable building models and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to relocate to Bogotá; full-time availability and willingness to work on-site.
• (Nice to have) Prior exposure to tech implementation or AI projects.
