Director de E-commerce

We are seeking an E-Commerce Director who is a key leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the brand's online business performance, driving digital growth, optimizing the customer journey, and delivering a luxury shopping experience across all digital channels. This role owns the brand's direct-to-consumer channel exclusively - the Shopify site and its connected marketplace; wholesale (department stores) is managed by a separate team.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the global e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee site merchandising, product assortment, pricing, and promotional calendars.
• Monitor KPIs, customer behavior, and sales performance metrics.
• Optimize website conversion, user experience, and customer journey.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Lead and develop the e-commerce team while establishing priorities and workflows.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and successful campaign execution across channels.
• Identify and implement new technologies and growth opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency and luxury standards across all online touchpoints.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital commerce management - ideally currently driving USD $8M+ per year in e-commerce revenue at their current company (this is the benchmark we're screening for).
• Strong expertise in Shopify platforms, online retail operations, and digital sales channels.
• Demonstrated analytical skills including web analytics, conversion optimization, and reporting.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue and profitability goals in a digital environment.
• Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in luxury fashion or premium consumer brands preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
