Deine Mission:

Als Customer Operations Specialist (m/w/d) bist Du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für interne und externe Ansprechpartner. Kundenzufriedenheit steht für Sie an erster Stelle. Mit Deiner strukturierten, lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise sorgst Du dafür, dass sämtliche Abläufe rund um Angebot, Auftrag, Lieferung und Abrechnung reibungslos funktionieren. Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich im Hintergrund, hältst alle Fäden zusammen und stimmst dich eng mit Vertrieb, Produktion, Logistik sowie internationalen Kolleg:innen ab.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung des gesamten Order-to-Cash-Prozesses - von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Rechnungsstellung
• Betreuung unserer Kunden bei Lieferterminen, Preisen, Reklamationen und Sonderanfragen - telefonisch und schriftlich
• Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Sales, Einkauf, Produktion, Logistik und Qualitätsmanagement
• Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten in ERP- und CRM-Systemen (z.B. Salesforce)
• Koordination internationaler Lieferungen sowie Erstellung von Exportdokumenten und Rahmenverträgen
• Mitwirkung an der Optimierung interner Abläufe im Bereich Customer Service

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium
• Berufserfahrung im Customer Service, Auftragsmanagement oder Vertriebsinnendienst - idealerweise im Umfeld eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics); Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen wünschenswert
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Hohe Kundenorientierung, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
