Human Resources Assistant

Position Summary

Supports Human Resources processes related to recruitment, training, employee development, and Quality Management System activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, ISO 9001 requirements, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.

* Support training, induction, and professional development programs.

* Identify training needs and maintain related records.

* Maintain and update competency profiles, job descriptions, and training documentation.

* Support compliance with ISO 9001, NOMs, and internal HR procedures.

* Provide personnel documentation and support during internal and external audits.

* Promote employee development and a quality-oriented culture.

* Collaborate with department leaders and employees on HR-related processes.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field.

* Minimum 1 year of HR experience.

* Intermediate-Advanced English (B2). (Preferred)

* Knowledge of recruitment, training, and Quality Management Systems.

* ISO 9001 knowledge or certification is desirable.

* Strong communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

* Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented.
