Production Engineer for tomorrow’s climate solutions
Advansor is looking for a Production Engineer to ensure the optimal production foundation for production of industrial refrigeration systems and heat pumps, with CO2 as refrigerant.
Your role
We are looking for a Production Engineer who is motivated to play a key role in ensuring the optimal production foundation and take part in taking our Production Technology Department to the next level.
As Production Engineer, your hands-on insight and interest in the daily tasks in production enables you to understand the challenges in detail to an extend where you can give guidance and take decisions. You will cooperate closely with other departments including Production, Quality, Planning, Procurement and R&D.
The Production Engineering department is the team that supports our production departments to produce efficiently, in the right quality and on time. Tasks vary from daily support in the workshop to participation in internal operational projects. Common to all tasks and projects is that Production Support's deliveries are based on technical insight into product platforms, assembly processes, Master data and individual components. We are still a young company, and some processes are missing. You will have a big impact in the creation and implementations of them.
With direct reference to the Production Technology Manager, you will join our PTD team of 4 dedicated and skilled colleagues. Based on main competences and interests the team has both shared and individual areas of responsibilities. Based on the experience and competences you bring and achieve during on-boarding and over time, you will also get your own areas of responsibility.
Your workplace will be at our headquarters in Brabrand, Aarhus.
Your tasks will include
- Create and maintain procedures, implementing work processes and work instructions
- Participate in improvement projects in our production
- Optimize lead time and production efficiency
- Ensure high availability of production equipment, service contract and coordination of maintenance
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement short-term and long-term corrective actions
- Manage non-conformance reports to ensure continuous quality improvement
- Maintain accurate production-related Master data
Your background
We imagine you have a craft background in blacksmithing or relevant trade with a supplementary education such as Production Technologist or Mechanical Engineer / Marine Engineer. Further you have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from the refrigeration industry or OEM manufacturing companies.
You possess strong technical and IT skills, and you manage to structure your own time and accept continuous reprioritization based on the daily changes in support needs. Sometimes the solution is found by staying on top of things, digging into the details or combining both, so you need to master both disciplines.
As Team Advansor consists of colleagues frommore than 40 different nationalitiesit is a prerequisite that you can communicate in English both orally and in writing.
We offer
As part of Team Advansor, you will get to work with more than 400 competent colleagues of more than 40 different nationalities and join us in our mission: to design and produce the world’s best sustainable climate solutions. You will become part of a highly ambitious company that values a good working environment, diversity, and teamwork.
We offer flexible working hours, access to our gym, and probably the best canteen you have ever tried.
Salary is decided based on your qualifications.
Please contact Torsten Kasper, Production Technology Manager on mail [email protected] or phone 86767568 if you have any questio about the position or Advansor as a workplace.
SustainableCO2climate solutions
As a market-leading manufacturer, we have designed and produced more than 20,000 CO2 systems for sustainable commercial and industrial cooling and heating around the world since 2006.
Many people associate CO2 with global warming. We’re cool with that. Literally. Because CO2 is the most climate-friendly refrigerant: It’s non-toxic, non-flammable and doesn’t affect the ozone layer or harm our drinking water. That’s why we are ’cool with CO2’.
