Deine Mission

• Du entwickelst die Software- und Systemarchitektur für unsere digitalen Pumpenlösungen und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform aktiv voran
• Du gestaltest intuitive Bedienkonzepte und grafische Benutzeroberflächen für Embedded-Systeme
• Du verbindest Hardware, Software und Backend-Systeme zu leistungsfähigen Gesamtlösungen
• Du trägst zur Digitalisierung unserer Produkte bei und unterstützt die Transformation hin zu smarten, vernetzten Pumpensystemen
• Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Engineering-Teams sowie Produktmanagement und Business Stakeholdern zusammen

Deine Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst und implementierst Embedded Software im Full-Stack Ansatz für unsere Pumpenplattform
• Du integrierst Schnittstellen zu Hardware-Komponenten sowie zu übergeordneten Systemen und Backend-Strukturen
• Du übernimmst das Design und die Parametrierung von Systemkomponenten wie Frequenzumrichtern, Motorsteuerungen und Antriebssystemen
• Du analysierst Kunden- und Marktanforderungen und wirkst aktiv an der PSG Produkt-Roadmap mit
• Du steuerst Arbeitspakete eigenverantwortlich im agilen Umfeld und stellst die Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Qualität, Zeit und Kosten sicher
• Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Test & Validation sowie Production Engineering zusammen
• Du begleitest Produkteinführungen und unterstützt die interne digitale Transformation durch Schulungen und Wissenstransfer
• Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung von Kommunikationsprotokollen und Systemstandards im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik mit (z. B. Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)

Dein Profil

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Informationstechnik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Embedded Software Entwicklung (Architektur, Full-Stack Entwicklung, Testing)
• Du hast fundierte Erfahrung mit ARM-basierten Microcontrollern (z. B. STM32) sowie Echtzeitbetriebssystemen (RTOS)
• Du kennst dich mit Bootloadern und Firmware-Updates (z. B. OTA) aus
• Du hast Erfahrung im Einsatz automatisierter Software-Testverfahren
• Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau oder der Automatisierungstechnik
• Du bist vertraut mit industriellen Kommunikationsprotokollen wie Modbus, Profibus oder Ethernet/IP
• Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit Motoren, Antriebssystemen und Frequenzumrichtern inkl. deren Parametrierung
• Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und gleichzeitig sehr teamorientiert
• Du bringst eine hohe Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit
