Enterprise Business Applications group is responsible to implement and support various applications and tools to support business requirements.

What You Can Expect

• Design and develop the company’s integrated business unit financial planning solution, leveraging the data warehouse master data framework to streamline forward-looking business data
• Lead engineering business process discovery and map current processes to standard reporting frameworks
• Enable scenario modeling for key financial planning areas, including long-term demand, product development, product cost, headcount, and financials
• Design and tune database applications to deliver high-performance response for thousands of daily system users
• Own and continuously improve the user-facing planning tools used by business managers and financial analysts, driving adoption and adaptability to changing requirements
• Provide technical leadership for the extended team and set standards for application development and change control
• Use MS Office, Power BI, and AI tools to support business analysts and executive reporting
• Apply AI/ML and GenAI capabilities to planning and analytics (including AI agents, forecasting, and automation) to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to productionize AI-enabled solutions with strong governance, accuracy, and explainability
• Create and maintain documentation for application design, business processes, and change control standards

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience developing planning solutions for global semiconductor companies, with knowledge of semiconductor business processes, especially engineering project management
• Demonstrated work with multiple DBMS platforms and data processing technologies, including SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, and Databricks and related integration tools; experience capturing user-managed data into the analytics platform
• Analytics-specific experience: externalizing business logic for agile change control, identity and role management in an integrated data warehouse, and aligning schemas to segregate business process workloads
• Excellent query performance tuning knowledge
• 5+ years integrating business intelligence tools (MS Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and other analytic query tools) with data warehouse foundations
• Understanding of enterprise data architecture concepts and integrating data across the company’s application landscape
• Experience with data quality management and semantic knowledge solutions, including exception reporting, data dictionaries, and cataloging
• Experience applying AI/ML or GenAI in an analytic context, including AI agents, is a strong plus
• This position will begin as an individual contributor but may include supervisory responsibilities as the team grows; experience managing junior technical staff is highly preferred
• Semiconductor-specific industry experience highly preferred

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

138,840 - 208,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
