Enterprise Business Applications group is responsible to implement and support various applications and tools to support business requirements.We are looking for an experienced Senior Staff Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise Demand and Supply Planning platforms, with primary focus on Demand Planning within Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro. This role requires solid functional knowledge of Demand Planning processes (statistical and ML-based forecasting, demand sensing, demand shaping, consensus demand) and working knowledge of Supply Planning (supply-demand matching, allocation, fulfillment), Kinaxis platform capabilities, and enterprise planning ecosystems including Oracle ERP and modern cloud data platforms. Exposure to AI/ML-based forecasting and agentic tooling for planning automation is a plus. You will work with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements, support system configuration, and drive operational excellence across global planning operations.

What You Can Expect

• Support Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro Demand Planning configuration and workflows statistical and ML-based forecasting, demand sensing/shaping, and consensus demand reviews
• Gather requirements, document processes, and perform gap analysis across Demand Planning (forecast accuracy, bias, segmentation, ML model performance, new product forecasting) and Supply Planning (supply-demand balancing, allocation logic, inventory positioning, fulfillment prioritization)
• Partner with demand and supply planners to translate forecasting and supply requirements, hierarchies, and review processes into clear specifications for IT and technical teams
• Support integration and data preparation activities feeding demand signals and supply data into Kinaxis
• Monitor and troubleshoot statistical/ML forecast model outputs (forecast error, bias, outlier handling, model selection) as well as demand hierarchy and supply planning issues (allocation exceptions, sourcing/pegging errors, supply-demand imbalances)
• Support pilots and adoption of AI/ML-based demand forecasting, demand sensing, and supply exception-handling tools
• Document best practices and standard operating procedures for ML forecasting cycles and S&OP/IBP demand and supply reviews, consensus forecasting, and allocation governance
• Perform demand and supply data integrity checks and support forecast/supply governance and process optimization
• Contribute to global transformation initiatives including predictive, statistical, and ML-based forecasting programs

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Demand/Supply Chain Planning applications, business systems analysis, or enterprise systems
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, including Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules
• Working knowledge of Demand Planning processes (statistical and ML forecasting methods, demand sensing/shaping, forecast consumption) and Supply Planning processes (allocation, inventory planning, fulfillment)
• Practical understanding of forecast performance measurement - MAPE, bias, outlier handling, and model selection
• Experience with Oracle ERP and data transformation/integration tooling (Talend or similar)
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and ETL/data integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across global cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry experience
• Familiarity with AI-powered or agentic planning tools and prompt-based interfaces
• Experience with Databricks, BigQuery, or comparable cloud data platforms
• Kinaxis certification (Author or Solution Consultant)
• Exposure to demand planning master data hierarchies and data governance

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

121,490 - 182,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
