Enterprise Business Applications group is responsible to implement and support various applications and tools to support business requirements.

What You Can Expect

• Serve as the primary technical authority for data warehousing architecture, design, tuning, and continuous improvement
• Lead database solution design for strategic business analytics projects, defining structures and processes that make data accessible for current and future business needs
• Tune the analytics platform to deliver high-performance response for thousands of daily system users
• Design and develop the company’s data quality solution for master data
• Implement scalable, integrated security solutions for the analytics platform
• Design and develop data warehousing services, including data quality, dictionary, cataloging, syndication, retention, migration, and service bus management
• Promote data integration and alignment across the company’s application landscape
• Provide technical leadership for the extended team as an individual contributor through policy definition, quality control workflows, and change control standards
• Collaborate with business system analysts, application developers, and junior staff to design and deliver data solutions
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and apply new approaches to business problems as appropriate
• Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI and GenAI opportunities in data and analytics, and identify practical use cases to improve data quality, discovery, and decision-making
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to productionize AI-enabled solutions with strong governance, accuracy, and explainability
• Create and maintain documentation for data structures, dictionaries, catalogs, and governance standards

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience developing data warehouse solutions for global enterprises
• Demonstrated work with multiple DBMS platforms and data processing technologies, including SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, and Databricks and related integration tools
• Experience integrating SaaS data and unstructured data sources into the data platform
• Excellent query performance tuning knowledge
• Knowledge of server administration, hosting alternatives, identity management, storage, indexing alternatives, security and how the unique workloads of analytic processing impact these areas
• Understanding of enterprise data architecture concepts and integrating data across the company’s application landscape
• Experience with data quality management and semantic knowledge solutions, including exception reporting, data dictionaries, and cataloging
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data structures and technical solutions
• Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-enabled data and analytics transformation initiatives
• Semiconductor-specific industry experience highly preferred

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

138,840 - 208,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
