Marvell has a strong Sales and Marketing team who accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans and managing staff aligned with the corporate strategy for mutual success of the company and customers.What You Can Expect
- Developing, managing, and maintaining new and existing account relationships while delivering on aggressive sales objectives and Design Wins.
- Proven skills in creating and executing strategy; creative thinking; problem solving; providing thought leadership and managing relationships with key executives.
- Capability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ Years in Industry Sales Roles.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills, , and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements.
- Proven ability to build high level customer relationships in large accounts, enabling the relationship to be a fundamental part of the winning and growing the account.
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- BA/BS degree.
- Deep understanding of optical module market.
- Fluency in English, with strong speaking and writing skills.
