Intern - Operations

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing and fulfillments on time.
Supporting with Inventory and warehouse management
Compliance and documentation of outbound shipments
Coordination with transport and delivery partners
Support in data analysis and reporting
Get involved in process improvement projects with the team

Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:

Basic understanding of operations / supply chain / logistics / procurement processes
Experience using MS Excel (data entry, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic charts)
Familiarity with reporting & dashboards (Power BI is an advantage, not mandatory)
Ability to handle documentation (POs, invoices, delivery notes, GRN support, trackers)
Experience maintaining trackers and daily status updates (follow-ups, lead times, pending lists)
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or any system) is an advantage
Ability to support process improvement / continuous improvement tasks (basic SOPs, flowcharts)
Exposure to Power Apps / Power Automate / SharePoint is a plus (not required)
Good email etiquette and professional communication for internal coordination
