Title and Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Product Management & Business Acceleration Manager to drive the growth and commercialization of Mastercard's Digital Payments portfolio across Asia Pacific. The role will be responsible for accelerating adoption, revenue growth, pricing strategy, and ecosystem enablement across key digital payment capabilities including:

- Tokenization (Issuer & Merchant)

- Authentication including Passkeys and Token Authentication Services,

- Click to Pay / Guest Checkout

- Digital Wallets

- Agentic Payments / Agentic Commerce

- Lifecycle Management Solutions

- Emerging Digital Commerce Innovations

The successful candidate will combine product strategy expertise with commercial acumen to develop growth strategies, optimize pricing models, build business cases, and accelerate business and revenue across issuers, merchants, acquirers, PSPs, fintechs, and digital commerce partners.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

- Define and execute the regional product strategy for Digital Payments solutions.

- Develop multi-year product roadmaps aligned with regional and global business and finance objectives.

- Model market product revenue gaps, customer needs, competitive threats, and emerging technology opportunities.

- Drive product positioning and differentiation across tokenization, authentication, and agentic commerce solutions.

- Monitor industry trends including AI-driven commerce, digital identity, network tokenization, passkeys, wallets, and account credential management.

Business Acceleration & Commercialization

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

- Build commercialization plans and market activation initiatives across priority markets.

- Partner with country teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and accelerate customer launches.

- Establish growth targets and performance metrics for product penetration, revenue, and customer activation.

- Create executive-level business cases supporting strategic investments and capability expansion.

Pricing & Financial Management

- Partner with Digital Product owners to drive regional pricing strategy and commercialization frameworks for Digital Payments products.

- Design pricing models, offerings, and value-based pricing approaches.

- Conduct pricing elasticity, volume, and profitability analysis.

- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning processes.

- Develop financial business cases for new products, customer deals, and strategic partnerships.

- Monitor product P&L performance and recommend actions to maximize growth and profitability.

- Partner with Finance to drive revenue optimization and pricing governance.

Customer & Ecosystem Engagement

- Develop customer value propositions and executive presentations.

- Support strategic market negotiations involving product pricing, commercial constructs, and investment proposals.

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Partner with Product, Pricing, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Public Policy, Risk, and Customer Delivery teams.

- Lead cross-functional programs from concept through launch and scale.

- Drive alignment across regional and global stakeholders.

- Influence senior leadership through fact-based recommendations and strategic insights.

- Performance & Analytics

- Monitor key business KPIs (Revenue growth, Product penetration, Tokenized transaction growth, Authentication adoption, Agentic payment enablement, Customer activation and utilization, Develop executive dashboards and performance reviews. Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and investment decisions).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

7-12+ years of experience in:

- Product Management

- Payments

- Digital Commerce

- Strategy & Commercialization

- Financial Services

- Experience building pricing strategies and commercial business cases.

- Strong financial modeling and revenue analysis skills.
