Partner with Product and business stakeholders to translate business priorities into technical strategy, delivery plans, and execution milestones.

Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, system design reviews, code reviews, technical decision making, implementation planning, and hands on execution when needed.

Guide the design and development of scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions using modern technologies, including Java, microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, and data technologies.

Establish and drive engineering best practices across the team, including software architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, security, performance, and operational readiness.

Review technical designs and implementation approaches to ensure alignment with engineering standards, long term maintainability, and platform architecture.

Identify and remove delivery blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and enable teams to execute effectively across competing priorities.

Partner closely with cross functional teams and teams across regions and time zones to align priorities, coordinate delivery, and ensure operational readiness.

Drive continuous improvement and modernization initiatives through adoption of cloud native technologies, automation, reusable components, engineering metrics, and data driven decision making.
