OVERVIEW

The Hungarian and Slovenian Cluster is looking for a dynamic, agile, and innovative, product & sales specialist to join its Digital Payment Solutions team. The area is responsible for such pioneering developments and innovations as mobile and online payments, tokenization, xPays, digital wallets, and private label programs. Building on the strong existing products and business relationships you will help driving innovations by launching new products and solutions, adopting business models while meeting and overcoming our customer ever changing requirements and expectations.

You will be part of a curious, diverse, and dynamic team consisting of business leaders, product managers, technical experts, and sales specialist.

ROLE

The Product & Sales Specialist will be an integral part of our team and will help drive the development and commercialization of digital products and solutions tailored to specific segment needs. In this role, you will support business growth by shaping client propositions, identifying opportunities to enhance customer value, and contributing to the execution of go-to-market strategies with banking and digital partners (e.g.: Apple, Google) partners in Hungary and Slovenia.

• Manage and evolve digital solutions by supporting the development, positioning, and optimization of digital products for consumer and business segments in Hungary and Slovenia.
• Tailor value propositions by identifying market trends, partner priorities, and cardholder expectations.
• Support client engagement and sales execution through business case development, preparation of sales materials, coordination with account teams, and contribution to partner discussions and solution design.
• Drive product relevance and innovation by monitoring market trends, assessing competitive offerings, and helping shape agile enhancements that improve customer experience and commercial performance.
• Collaborate across functions with product, marketing, account management, and local and regional teams to ensure successful delivery and scaling of consumer solutions initiatives.
• Contribute to market growth by helping expand Mastercard’s consumer solutions footprint, supporting revenue opportunities, and strengthening our value proposition with issuers and partners.

• Readiness to provide core supporting function to strategic projects even in international scene.
• Ability to take on responsibility for end-to-end work streams in some new project.
• Results driven - makes timely and thoughtful decision.
• Quick learner - ability to understand new technologies and innovations and see where they can be used effectively to achieve company goals.
• Solutions oriented - takes a solutions-oriented approach to build complete package rather than simply selling a product.
• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
• Strong in English and Fluent in Hungarian.
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• You will be based in Budapest and may be required to travel.
