Responsibilities
- 아자르의 카드 추천 및 매칭 알고리즘 방향을 주도적으로 정의하고, Engineering·ML·Design·Data 등 다양한 팀과 함께 제품을 만들어 출시합니다.
- 다양한 데이터를 직접 분석하여 추천 품질 개선 가설을 도출하고, A/B 테스트를 설계·실행·분석·보고하는 전 과정을 리딩합니다.
- 추천 시스템 KPI를 정의하고 주인의식을 가지고 추적 관찰하며, 이슈 발생 시 빠르게 원인을 파악하고 해결책을 도출하여 실행합니다.
Requirements
- 데이터 또는 기술 중심의 Product Manager로 3년 이상 경력, 또는 이에 준하는 경험
- Engineering, Data, Design 등 다양한 팀과 cross-functional하게 협업하여 신기능을 출시한 경험
- 복잡성이 높은 추천, 검색, 랭킹 등 알고리즘 기반 제품을 고도화한 경험
- 대규모 사용자 기반에서 A/B 테스트를 직접 설계·실행하고, 통계적 방법론을 기반으로 결과를 해석 및 의사결정에 활용한 경험
- SQL 등을 활용한 데이터 탐색과 Python 등의 도구를 활용한 데이터 가공·시각화 경험
Preferred Qualifications
- 영어로 원활한 cross-functional 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분 (문서 작성 및 미팅 참여)
- ML 모델 개발 사이클에 대한 이해 및 ML 엔지니어·데이터 사이언티스트와의 협업 경험
- AI 도구를 업무에 적극적으로 활용하는 분
